Mike Sarraille's Leadership Mindset
Meet Mike Sarraille; our keynote speaker for the Mindset Matters Leadership Conference happening 02.21.25 at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Mike Sarraille is the founder and CEO of Talent War Group, an executive search and leadership development firm, Legacy Expeditions, and he also leads the Everyday Warrior Nation on Sports Illustrated, where he shares insights on leadership, resilience, and optimal performance.
A three-time best-selling author, he has penned The Talent War, The Everyday Warrior, and Scarlett’s Big Shot – part of the Left of Bang Initiative intended to develop our youth into future leaders. Through Legacy Expeditions, Mike plans and executes high-risk skydiving expeditions to memorialize our fallen military service members. Legacy Expeditions has set 4 x world records to date. Mike is the Executive Producer of the documentaries Drop Zone Everest and Triple 7, which appeared in theaters nationally.
With a distinguished 20-year career in Special Operations as a retired US Navy SEAL and former Recon Marine/Scout-Sniper, he operated at the highest levels of the elite Joint Special Operations Command. His exceptional service has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valor, and the Purple Heart.
Beyond his military career, he sits on the board of directors for multiple companies and continues to advocate for veteran affairs and veteran employment.

Where is the event located?
Our event is being hosted at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, Texas: 3509 Creek Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620
What time does the event start and end?
Check-in beginis at 9:45 AM at Camp Lucy and the event will start at 10 AM on February 21, 2025, ending at 10 PM that night. Arrive at Barton Creek Mall in Austin by 9 AM if you plan on taking the shuttle.
There will be two returning shuttles departing at 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM.
What, where and when is the AFTER PARTY!?
YES! From 7 PM to 10 PM at Camp Lucy (or until they kick us out), we will be dancing, playing, networking, and celebrating the end of an Epic Event.
Not into partying? No worries! Catch the early shuttle back to Austin after dinner and we'll see you next year.
